Privacy policy.

Who we are

madebynws (NWS) is a creative studio from Belgrade, Serbia, run by Nikola Marinković. We are responsible for the personal data collected through madebynws.com.

For any privacy question or request, email nikola@madebynws.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email, the optional website or Instagram link and your message. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Free guide sign-up: your email. We use it to send you the guide and, occasionally, new AI tips for your business. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Services that process the data

Form messages are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and stored in Gmail (Google). The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

These providers may process data outside Serbia, under their own privacy policies and safeguards.

Cookies and storage

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your language choice in your browser so the site opens in the right language next time.

Fonts, images and videos are served from madebynws.com itself, so loading a page does not send your data to other companies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project, and email addresses from the guide sign-up until you unsubscribe. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email nikola@madebynws.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
